These terms are an agreement between Laravel ("we", "us") and the company that signs up for an account ("you"). They cover your use of Laravel, an AI customer-support platform. When you tick the box at sign-up, or click "Accept and continue", you agree to them for your company. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Laravel connects your support channels (email through Gmail, Instagram messages and comments, and a chat on your own website) and uses AI to answer your customers from the knowledge base you provide. Depending on your settings, answers are sent automatically or saved as drafts for your team to approve.
You must not:
The AI can be wrong. It answers from your knowledge base and from the order and product information you connect. It may misunderstand a question or give an answer that is out of date.
You are the controller of your customers' personal data, and we process it for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful reason to send us your customers' messages, and you must deal with their requests about their data. We keep counts of what customers ask about (topics and products), without the message text, to show you statistics. We do not train our own AI models on your customers' messages. The AI provider's own terms apply to the text we send it.
You connect Gmail, Instagram and other services with your own accounts. Their terms, for example Google's and Meta's, also apply to you and you must follow them. If a connection breaks their rules, or they stop it, we may switch it off. We are not responsible for changes those companies make.
Fees, if any, are as agreed with you in writing or shown when you buy. We will tell you before a price changes.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, add or remove features. When a change matters to you, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. We may limit how much you can use the service, for example how many chats or AI replies you can have in an hour.
You keep ownership of your content and your customers' data. We keep ownership of the platform, its code and its design. While your account is active you may use the platform for your own business. You give us the right to process your content only to run the service for you.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Otherwise, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss or lost profit, for answers the AI gave your customers, or for problems caused by services we do not control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or to 100 euros if you paid nothing.
You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if the account has not been used for a long time. We will tell you why where we can. When an account is archived, its data is kept for 365 days and then deleted for good, or earlier if you ask. The parts of these terms that by their nature continue (ownership, liability and the law that applies) continue after the account ends.
We may change these terms. Every version has a number and a date. When there is a new version, you must accept it before you continue to use the workspace. If you do not agree, you can close your account.
These terms follow the law of Finland, and the courts of that country decide disputes, unless the law gives you another right. Questions about these terms: hello@example.com.
